Univention Corporate Server 4.4 erratum 82 (bugfix)

This update addresses the following issues:
* Log rotation for container logs has been enabled in the
  docker daemon, and can be configured via the UCR variables
  docker/daemon/default/opts/log-driver (default json-file) and
  docker/daemon/default/map/log-opt (default max-file=4,max-size=10m).
