Univention Corporate Server 4.1 erratum 97 (bugfix)

This update addresses the following issues:
* Added more input validation for certificate values.
* The country name field in the ldap DN is now validated.
* The email address field provides a virtual keyboard for special
  characters.
* Some shell quoting errors were fixed.
* The term 'Univention App' has been replaced by 'Appliance'
* Translation format strings with multiple unnamed arguments have been
  adjusted.
