Univention Corporate Server 4.0 erratum 353 (bugfix)

This update addresses the following issues:
* Some widgets are now filtering out values which are already selected and
  don't present them in a dialog anymore.
* UMC modules with long descriptions might overlap the borders of the box in
  the Gallery. Now the text is cut at some point.
